FAQs

Will the Massage Hurt?

This depends on the type of massage, a light, relaxing massage shouldn’t hurt. Even a Deep Tissue massage should always stay on the pain tolerance level of the client,” no pain no gain is not always” the case as the deep tissue massage always works with your body’s natural response, not against it.

Do I Have to be Completely Undress?

You should undress to the level you feel comfortable. You will be covered with a sheet and only the part being worked on will be uncovered.

What Should I do During a Treatment?

Make yourself comfortable, many people close their eyes and relax during the session. Do not hesitate to ask any questions and speak up if you want anything changed: pressure, areas worked, position or if you are too hot or too cold.
How long will the massage last? Depends on the service you requested, 30 min, 60 min or 90-minute session. For a full body session, it is recommended a 60- or 90-minute treatment.

How Will I Feel After my Massage?

Most people feel relaxed, some will experience decreased from aches and pains. If you received a deep tissue massage, you may be slightly sore the next day, like a good workout at the gym.
After your session it is recommended to increase your water intake a bit, this helps keep your body’s tissues hydrated and healthy.

Can I Talk During the Session?

Totally up to you, people may feel more relaxed starting off talking, and as the massage progresses, enter quiet states of relaxation.
